We are an insured contractor providing HVAC, handyman, plumbing, and general maintenance services throughout the Los Angeles area.

2. Scope of Services

Buildingheroes LLC provides:

  • HVAC maintenance, and repair

  • Water heater installation and repair (tank & tankless systems)

  • Handyman, carpentry, and light remodeling services

  • Mold prevention and ventilation improvement

  • General property maintenance

All work is performed by qualified technicians in compliance with California building codes and manufacturer specifications.

3. Estimates and Payments

  • Service calls or diagnostic inspections may include a standard fee (e.g., $150 HVAC inspection).

  • Final invoices reflect the agreed-upon price for labor, materials, and any approved changes.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, Zelle, check, or approved credit card.

Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

4. Cancellations and Scheduling

We understand schedules change — please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments without notice may result in a service call fee.

5. Warranty and Liability

  • Buildingheroes LLC warrants its labor for 90 days from the date of service (unless otherwise stated).

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts installed.

  • Warranty is void if the system is modified, misused, or serviced by unauthorized personnel.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Hidden or pre-existing damage

    • Code violations from prior work

    • Leaks or failures due to customer-supplied materials

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Safety and Access

Customers agree to provide safe access to the work area.
Buildingheroes LLC reserves the right to postpone or refuse service if unsafe conditions are present (e.g., structural hazards, exposed wiring, pest infestations).

7. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading information

  • Attempt to damage or disable the website

  • Copy or reuse our photos, reports, or written content without permission

All content on this site (text, images, and graphics) is owned by Buildingheroes LLC and protected under U.S. copyright law.
